Lyn Snow lives and works in South Thomaston,
Maine. she is known for the clean lyrical approach she
brings to her watercolors. She captures and paints the
mood and essence of flowers; the elegnce and romance of
a wedding bouquet, the charm of wildflowers and the drama
of irises.
Individually or in a collection, her work continues
to gain national recognition, her originals and limited edition
prints have been shown widely and are available at fine
art shows, galleries across the country and on the internet.
What started as a small art studio has grown into
a family business. The old farm house has doubled in size to
incorporate a large and busy studio and frame shop.
In the spring of 2000 Lyn and Jack opened a beautiful
new gallery in Rockland Maine. It is in the center of
town across from the Farnsworth Museum and features
new originals and a wide selection of framed and unframed
prints.
